Thank you for inquiring and requesting a donation from The
Defiance Area Foundation. Please provide all the requested information on
the enclosed form, along with a copy of your IRS determination letter. We
do not process grants without this letter. A copy of our grant guidelines
on the types of projects we support and those we do not support is
enclosed.
Grants are awarded four times during the year. Proposals
need to be received by 5 p.m. on the application deadline in order to be
considered that quarter. If the deadline falls on a weekend or federal
holiday the proposals need to be received by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before
the deadline. The schedule is as follows:
